OVERSEA SALES MANAGER

Since 2016, PowerVision has launched aerial drone PowerEgg and PowerEye, underwater robot PowerRay, water drone PowerDolphin in North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are now looking for Oversea Sales Manager to drive Powervision product sales in oversea market and to reach sale goals set by company. The aim is to seek the right candidate to work with our team to make that happen.
Your responsibilities will include
• Develop the Online and channel sale strategy in appointed oversea market (US, Europe or APAC).
• Organize the internal and external resources to achieve the sales goal.
• Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth.
• Research and develop Online sales plan over Amazon, official webstore and 3rd party webstores. Develop the Online campaigns to boost the sales.
• Find, engage and train new channel distribution partners in appointed market. Develop efficient channels sales plan with distribution partners.
• Monitor carefully and support strongly the distribution partner’s sales progress and ensure the smooth sell-out and repeating orders.
• Coordinate the Online and offline sales to avoid confliction and maximize sale potential.
• Facilitate growth, sales, and marketing strategies in appointed region.
• Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive insights.
• Business travels in appointed oversea region.
You have
• 2 years of sales experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role, preferably in consumer electronic business
• Online sales experience over Amazon or other webstore platform such as Shopify
• Distribution channel sales experience in developing and handling distribution partners
• Active organizer with high energy and positive personality, with entrepreneurial attitude.
• Highly effective writing skills and storyteller mind for multiple audiences and channels.
• Ability to contribute in a collaborative and professional team environment.
• Business driven, result oriented
• Experienced in cross-culture working environment is a plus
• Experience in consumer electronics /robotics business is a plus.
• Bachelor or master in business or marketing
• English language as working language, additional European languages is a plus (German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
