Responsibilities: 1. Process Management and Improvement including examine company rules to make sure relevant and make recommendations for necessary changes. 2. Contract management and order management. Communicates with parties in the contract to understand all terms, particularly for the contract's financial aspects. And settle issues for the commercial operation related in the contract. 3. Overdue payment collection and rules management. 4. Risk management, including assess risks management and making recommendations based On a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation. 5. Coach employees On best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks. 6. Accept extra duties as situations arise. 7. Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise. Education/Experience/Skills: 1. Bachelor’s in international trade and commerce or related field. 2. At least 3 years experiences in trading company, be familiar with International Trade Practice and Rules in Australia and New Zealand is preferred. 3. Strong organizational, coaching, and oral communication skills. 4. Advanced problem-solving capabilities.
